All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. MAD Controllers does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of MAD Controllers, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. No use of MAD Controller’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

iFrames

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.

Customization

All our custom products (Front Shells, Back Shells) are individually made on order. A turnaround time between 21 and 35 working days is required for all custom orders. Custom text and graphics can delay your order with extra 5 days. Due to all custom products made individually painted by hand, color and placement might vary slightly from artwork. Each custom controller is hand crafted, painted and modified to your specifications. Customization is done via airbrushing.

MAD PRO FPS Builds

MAD PRO FPS builds takes up to 21 working days. MAD Controllers always strive to ship in the mentioned estimate time frame but due to unforeseen circumstances your order could be delayed. All MAD FPS Builds new and send in will be closed up with a security screw.

Refund and Returns

MAD Controller Builds and Customization

A 25% restocking fee for returning the items of your order will be deducted from your refund once processed. Your controllers must be returned within 7 days of shipping arrival with an approved RMA number. Controller must show little to no signs of heavy wear or physical abuse. MAD Controllers will inspect all returns for any damage. A refund amount may be withheld depending on return conditions.

Customized controllers and other non-resalable modifications/repairs will not be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given for any part that is physically damaged or that was installed into a customer’s controller.

PC Components and Accessories 

You shall be entitled to return to us any defective products provided you notify us of your intention to return the item (together with the reason for the return) within seven (7) days of date of purchase. In the event of the product being returned to us, you shall be obliged to initially cover the cost of such return, save that once we have received the product and have confirmed the fault, we shall refund the costs associated with returning the product, to yourself. In the event of any returned product having no fault the cost of returning the product to yourself will be at your own cost and these returns must be made within seven (7) days of date of purchase. If the product is unopened you are entitled to a full refund that will be issued as credit from the company. Should the item be opened in any way the company will charge a 25% handling fee that will be deducted from the credit refund issued to the customer. Should the item be returned in a condition that is deemed as unfit for resale the company reserves the right to refuse the refund and cost of the return courier fees fall solely on the customer. No refunds or credits will be issued for items such as software or vouchers. Any returns due to faults outside the return window are classified as warranty claims and are to be handled via the manufacturer warranty if applicable. Should the customer choose to cancel their order an admin fee of 5% will be levied on any payment method other than EFT. Should no warranty exist for the product in question the company cannot be held responsible in any way for the repairs or replacement of the product. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.

Order Cancellation

All MAD Controllers controls  are  designed according to customer specifications (color, design, name or gamertag, etc). Therefore, once the order has been placed through THE WEB, no type of return will be accepted, neither before nor after receiving the product, as it is a personalized for the client. All order placed and payments not received within 3 days will be cancelled.

Warranty:

Controller and Console Repairs

All controller and console repairs are covered with our 90 days warranty.

Warranty excludes lightning/power surges, user negligence, physical damage and insect infestation. Any evidence of any tampering including, an attempt by you or a third party to open the unit will void any warranty. All warranties are Return to Base (RTB) warranties. This means that courier costs associated with returns are to be met by the customer.

MAD FPS Warranty covers:

Our warranty covers any defect or malfunction resulting from the build process and failure under normal usage. The warranty covers but is not limited to: non-registering buttons or smart modifications, stick drift and/or D.O.A’s. Warranties regarding mic and charging port issues caused by physical damage are case by case basis. All warranties are Return to Base (RTB) warranties. This means that courier costs associated with returns are to be met by the customer. If the warranty claim is valid MAD Controllers will cover the return cost. MAD Controllers will cover shipping both ways if there’s an issue within the first 7 days. Warranty shall begin on the day of delivery/collection.

Warranty covers:

All MAD FPS Builds are covered by a 12 month limited warranty. If your MAD FPS controller build breaks or becomes faulty within 12 months since receipt, we will repair it. If your MAD FPS controller has any hardware defects we will repair your controller. This includes all hardware modifications performed by MAD Controllers. 

New MAD FPS Builds:

  • MAD FPS Build has a 12 month limited warranty.
  • Analog drifting, unresponsive buttons has a 4 months limited warranty.
  • Charging, no power and mic issues will be handled on a case by case basis.
  • 6 Months on customization

Send in MAD FPS Builds: 

  • MAD FPS Build has a 12 month limited warranty.
  • 6 Months on customization

MAD Controllers take no responsibility on any controller hardware faults such as analog drifting etc. on send in options. MAD Controllers does do a basic assessment before any send in build or customization but will not be held liable for any problems that may occur during or after the build or customization.

Our warranty covers any defect or malfunction resulting from the build process and failure under normal usage.

Warranty VOIDS/EXCLUSION?

This Warranty will be voided and will not be applicable if a defect has occurred due to:

  • Issues caused by external heat, moisture, and/or physical damage.
  • Charging the controller with a power cord that exceeds the rated tolerance for the controller.
  • Any evidence of any tampering including, an attempt by you or a third party to open, dismantle, customize, or modify the MAD PRO FPS Controller.
  • Damage to, or unreasonable use of the controller.
  • Commercial use of the controller.
  • Controllers that have experienced excessive force.

PC Components and Accessories

All PC Components and accessories warranty are covered by the manufacturer. If you claim any warranty in the warranty period items will be sent back to our supplier to confirm if its a valid warranty claim.

Stock availability

Not all items are carried with MAD Controllers. Stock availability is not guaranteed. Should you purchase something on our site that sells out before we are able to reserve it from our suppliers, we will contact you to either find a suitable alternative product, or, refund your purchase.

Coupon Codes 

Coupon code can not be used with other coupon codes. Coupon codes can not be used ion already discounted items or services.

Shipping

MAD Controllers can not be held liable for any damages caused while your order is in transit. Once your order has been shipped, it is the clients responsibility to follow up via the courier chosen on the status of their parcel. MAD Controllers will always try and assist but once order leaves our premises we are not in any means obligated to assist.

MAD Monday

MAD Monday will be a random Monday each month where a selected item or service will be discounted with up to 30%. Discount depends on item or service selected. All order placed for that item or service must be paid immediately. Orders placed for a MAD Monday deal and EFT payment must be paid same day. All EFT orders not paid by end day will be cancelled.

Content Liability

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
